Climbing Ubinas Volcano 03 day in Arequipa Peru

ACTIVITIES:
CLIMBING UBINAS VOLCANO ITINERARY
 Day 01: Arequipa - Chihuata Village - Salinas Lake - Ubinas Town
We leave Arequipa in the morning in our private transport between Misti and Pichu Pichu mountains. We pass trhough the traditional Chiguata Village and after 1 hour we enter the Reserva Nacional de Salinas y Aguada Blanca. 2 more hours to arrive at Salinas Lake. Around this beautiful landscape we will stop to see Llamas, Alpacas, Vicuñas, Flamingos and other fauna from the area.
In the small village of Moche we stop for lunch. We still need 2 hours to arrive at Ubinas town after going down by car a pictoresque valley.(BL, D)
Day 02: Ubinas Town - Ubinas Summit - Ubinas town
After breakfast, our transport will take us to the slopes of Ubinas, getting the 4800 masl we will start our climb up to the top. It takes around 3 hours to reach the edge of the crater and it is possible to go into the big exterior crater if the conditions are calm.
After time enough to enjoy this view we go back to the car and then to Ubinas town to relax at the hot spring of Huarina. (B,L,D)
 Day 03: Ubinas town - Arequipa After breakfast our transport will take us back to Arequipa arriving at noon.(B).
